How can I track my family member location?
You can easily track your family members by following methods:
Invite your family members through your family account to join RapidProtect. 
Please Inform them to install RapidProtect application on their phone and Inform them to login.

Why I get an error of Tracking Not possible while I try to track my family member just after sending the invitation?
Please ask your family member to install the application on his/her phone and login through the shared credentials on his/her registered email.

Why location update is not working?
Inaccurate location update or no location update depends on following factors:
• Cell phone reception 
• GPS setting 
• Wi-Fi settings 
• Cell phone tower location 
• Phone Models
• Variation between phone providers 

How do I add my family members?
After successful signup you will be shown with a map. You need to press "+" icon image to add a new member. Please fill the required details and email id of that member to send an invitation.

How do I delete family members?
•  When you Long press on "member's" image at main map screen, then you will be notified to delete that particular member. When you will press OK button then selected
member will be delete from your account. If you will press "'No'" button then alert will be disappear and member will not be deleted from your member list."
•  On Member Details screen there is a Delete button at right top corner. If you will press "'Delete'" button then an alert will appear for delete a particular members.  When user will press OK button then member will be delete from your account. When you will press OK button then selected member will be delete from your account. If you will press "'No'" button then alert will be disappear and member will not be deleted from your member list."

How do I send emergency or safety alert? 
On the main map screen there are two tabs at the bottom first is safety alert and second is Emergency alert. Safety Alert is used to send a message by below listed method:
• By SMS 
• By email 
On click at Emergency tab your current location will be sent to your registered emergency email id.
To cancel sending of emergency alert please press cancel button within 5 seconds just after pressing Emergency tab.

How do I send Checkin Message? 
On the main map screen there are fourth tab at the bottom that is Checkin. On click at Checkin tab your selected friend list will be open If you don\'t want to send checkin status to any particular member you can deselect the member and then press checkin button at the bottom, a next view will open where you can type your current status and press send button. 

Is my information Secure?
Yes, your information is totally secures as we use security protocols for encryption and customer safety is on higher priority for us.
Each and every application use is secured and can be allowed to use from the device only from where you had registered.No one from other phone can use your credential to utilize RapidProtect Family "application's" services.

How can I know weather forecast for my location? 
Please press weather icon on the right side of map screen to open current day weather details.
You can also see three days weather forecast details on this screen.

Is my account free? 
Yes, creating account is absolutely free. Application subscription will be required to continue using services after 60 Days.Please visit www.rapidprotect.net for more information. 

How do I find sex offenders?
When you will click on search Tab, you will find following options to search offenders:
• Your Current location
• Name 
• Street Address 
• Near a contact
You can use appropriate option to refine your search. 

How do I share a particular sex offenders details?
On Sex Offender Details page please click‚ (Share Info‚ button to enter the email id where you want to send details.

How can I use my Vault?
You can capture your memories or select from Image Gallery and you can upload it on server.
You can share you memories via
• By Facebook 
•  By invited family members 

How can I connect with friends via Chat?
You need to Login at chat with you Google Account.
And you can communicate with your Google Friend via instant messaging.

How to upgrade user\'s account?
Users can upgrade his account by two way:
• Go to www.rapidprotect.com to upgrade or more information .
• Go to subscribe button in Help & Admin screen for upgrade his account.


How can I use Notes?
Procedure to use Notes Functionality:
• User has to create new Notes. Where user can add note description, and its type (Personal Notes & Share Family Notes).
• After successful creation of Notes, List will be displayed for all created notes along with it’s create date and description.
• There is two tab Personal Notes and Family Notes and each shows separate list notes respectively.
• To Delete a notes, user requires to press cross(X) button.
• To get details of a note, user requires selecting or pressing the row of note list item.


How can I use To-dos?
Procedure to use To-dos Functionality:
• User has to create new To-dos. Where user can add To-dos description, and its type (Personal To-dos & Share Family To-dos).
• After successful creation of To-dos, List will be displayed for all created to-dos along with it’s create date and description.
• There is two tab Personal To-Dos and Family To-Dos and each separate list to-dos respectively.
• To Delete a To-dos, user requires to press cross(X) button.
• To get details of a to-do, user requires selecting or pressing the row of to-do list item.
• When any to-do is finished/completed by any user then user has to update it’s status as completed/finished by checking the check box of that to-do.
• Family To-Dos can be assigned only to family members, and will be shown in their (family members) account. If any member finishes then for updating the status (finished/completed) for that to-do, he/she should  press checkbox and then the updated list of to-dos will be displayed along with “Done By: family Member name“.


How can I use Shopping?
Procedure to use Shopping Functionality:
• You can add your shopping item on press of Add button.
• Added Item will be shown in list where you can delete selected purchase Item and checked shopping item that you have purchase it.


How can I use Expenses Tracker?
Procedure to use Expenses Tracker Functionality:
• You can add your Expenses with their cost on press of Add button.
• Added Item will be shown in list where list will show added date, expense, cost and cross to delete particular expenses. 
• Total Expenses of current week, current month and current year will be shown at bottom of the screen. Its move from right to left and you can scroll it.
